Jad Boudiab is the Founder & CEO at B2B Capital, a vertically integrated real estate investments firm specializing in small business and multi-family real estate holdings in the Midwest, Southeast, and Southwest markets of the United States. Jad, individually or through the B2B companies, oversees over 1,000 rental units valued over $35 million in asset value. Jad has extensive experience in the real estate industry through his previous involvements as a licensed broker, property & asset manager, construction company owner, and now investor. Aside from his work at B2B Capital, Jad enjoys quality time with close friends and family, along with creating content for entrepreneurs through his podcast and YouTube channel, where he interviews successful business owners, influencers, subject matter experts, sports figures, and other media personalities.
